"This place is a fantastic retreat in an authentic family home situated in a rural location with good access links to Rome. The views are amazing and can be admired from the pool and other outside spaces. The host was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions or queries. The accommodation had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a relaxing family break."

"Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. "We loved our time at the villa! What a beautiful home and grounds. Greeted by our host she gave us a guided tour of the home and the grounds and then took us to the local market for some groceries. That was so kind and one of the gardeners picked us up, which was so generous! He traveled by private car from the villa to Rome for our tours and days in the city. "Terrible stay. We had booked knowing it was kind of a camping-style place, so we were aware that the bathroom would be shared — but we did not expect it to be so filthy: dirty, with dead bugs, and totally unhygienic. The room I stayed in was tiny, unbearably hot, with no proper ventilation. The whole place was dirty. There was a dead rat next to the pool. The worst part happened at checkout: while we were waiting for a taxi, my mom was talking to me near the reception. The receptionist, extremely rude, suddenly said: “Can you please go outside? I’m working.” — basically kicking us out into the 40-degree sun. Unbelievable attitude, especially considering she had previously served us while smoking a cigarette. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Awful service, filthy conditions, and rude staff."
