The Righini Apartment is located in a perfect position to enjoy both the beauty of Lake Garda beaches, being situated just a few metres from the beach, which is reached by crossing the Gardesana Road, the main road that runs along the entire lake coast.

The centre of Torri del Benaco with its restaurants and bars is walkable through a lakefront promenade.



The apartment is located on the ground floor within a property consisting of 4 other apartments with a shared swimming pool.

The exterior of the house is represented by a large covered terrace with an outdoor table, perfect for enjoying summer dinners and lunches, which overlooks a garden, equipped with sunbeds to relax while enjoying the view of the beach and the lake.



DAY AREA

Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living room, furnished with a sofa and smart TV, directly connected to the kitchen with a dining table and fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas hob, and microwave oven.



BEDROOMS

The first bedroom consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables with table lamps, just outside the room there is a bathroom with a shower.

The other room consists of two single beds, which can also become a large double bed, an open wardrobe and, this one also adjacent to a bathroom with a shower box.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

A washing machine is located in the common garage area.



Guests will have an uncovered parking space next to the apartment's garden.



EXTERIOR AND SWIMMING POOL

On the property, you can enjoy the swimming pool shared with three other apartments, equipped with a solarium area with sunbeds available to all guests. The pool is open all year round and is not heated.



From the walk along the lake, you can reach the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle in about 10 minutes.



A few metres from the apartment, there is a bus stop and from Torri del Benaco you can take the ferry that will take you to the west bank of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a tour of the various locations around the lake.



You can also reach Malcesine, about 20 km away, take a trip on Monte Baldo with its rotating cable car or visit the Valpolicella wineries or the Bardolino and Lugana area.

From this position, you can visit all the towns around Lake Garda and reach Verona, which is about 45 km away, and Venice about 160 km away.
