The apartment is located on Rocio del Mar Beach, in the ever-popular Punta Prima neighborhood, just 100 meters from Cala Piteras Beach and less than a 10-minute walk from Playa Punta Prima. All local amenities are within walking distance.
The property will be provided with sheets and towels for each bed and guest; please note that this is an additional charge and is not included in the checkout cleaning fee. The cost is €15.00 per person and will be charged upon receipt of confirmation of the total number of people booked.

ABOUT PUNTA PRIMA
Punta Prima is located south of Torrevieja, about a 45-minute drive from the Alicante-Elche Airport and 25 minutes from the Murcia-San Javier Airport. It is divided into two parts, with one half belonging to Torrevieja and the other to Orihuela Costa. On the Torrevieja side, you’ll find the picturesque Blue Flag beach of Cala Piteras, adjacent to a cobblestone promenade where many people enjoy a morning jog, a bike ride, or even an evening stroll. Around the beach is the famous Restaurante Nautilus, which opens a large outdoor area during the season for long summer nights, as well as a few beach bars that feature live music from time to time (in season). Nearby are the natural dunes of Cala Ferris; although it isn’t a beach per se, it’s worth a visit. In addition, there’s a row of shops, banks, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants heading toward the main N332 highway, as well as a local gym that includes a day spa (for those who want to be pampered).
On the Orihuela Costa side is the largest Blue Flag beach, Playa Punta Prima. You can access the beach from the long, pleasant promenade, which features the fully renovated and modern Punta Prima restaurant, equipped with facilities for hosting weddings, baptisms, and more. Nearby, you can play a game of tennis or, if you’d rather go shopping, the Punta Marina shopping center is located across the main road, featuring the nearest supermarket along with various restaurants and cafes.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
Located less than a 2-minute walk away, a bus stop runs to and from downtown Torrevieja every 30 minutes. A taxi stand is located next to the main road in front of the shops. If you prefer a much more eco-friendly mode of transportation, there are a few bike rental companies where you can pick up a bike or have one delivered right to your door. Renting a car isn’t mandatory but is recommended, as there’s plenty to see and do!
