The Space

The house has a separate entrance and offers all the amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and 5 comfortable bedrooms with nearby bathrooms, a spacious and wonderful kitchen with everything you need, a living room, and a terrace with a hot tub. It also features a comfortable guest house with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a living room, a Smart TV, and a desk for remote work.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, two ovens, two ceramic-top stoves, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, two microwaves, a kettle, a toaster, and everything you need for cooking.

You’ll also have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The property features heating and cooling air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi (private internet connection inside the house).

TERRACES
The terrace features a spacious dining area that seats 12, a ping-pong table, and an outdoor area with a hot tub (available only in winter: October 15 through April 1).

POOL, BARBECUE, AND GOLFITO
The outdoor pool is open year-round; it is not heated, and features lounge chairs, furniture, and a sun umbrella for shade, as well as its own outdoor shower.

The barbecue is located in a small, covered kitchen area and includes a pizza oven, griddle, microwave, and everything you need for cooking. There is also a private Golfito area on the property.

PARKING
The house has indoor parking as well as street parking.

The gym is equipped with a few machines, a yoga mat, a Smart TV, and chairs.
