The apartment is located on a cliff between the beaches of Carihuela and Bajondillo, from where you can enjoy the tranquility of a home and splendid views. But there is a private elevator/lift direct to the beach/promenade and other to the center city. So you are directly on the beach or center without steps.

The building has a swimming pool, solarium, tennis court, gardens, summer bar-restaurant, beauty salon, concierge service 24 hours, parking space in communal parking.

Apartment of 70 m2 fully renovated and furnished, has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms ensuite, and has wonderfull views to the sea.

Castillo de santa clara is situated between bajondillo beach and carihuela beach and is set amongst beautiful well maintained gardens with a large communal pool and small paddling pool that are open during the summer months, terrace and gardens overlooking the sea.

Located a few meters from the centre, the beach, a landmark building which have been shot many Spanish movies with stunning views and direct private beach access.

This fantastic location allows direct access to carihuela paseo/beach (down a flight of steps). The paseo boasts plenty of restaurants and shops and the centre of torremolinos is only a short walk. Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is right on your doorstep.

Amazing location

We were met at apartment and greeted pleasantly. The property was clean, spacious enough and the views were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and has loads of fridge/freezer space. The second bedroom is very dark and hasn’t much privacy, but that wasn’t enough to spoil our stay.

Great Apartment in a good location

Its in out opinion a great location, overlooking the beach. It’s up in the height of the city, so you walk straight out on the top. If you want to go to the beach or beach front you just take the elevator down For a longer stay, like we had, 16 days, it could be great with a bit better broom or perhaps a small vacuum cleaner, as it’s getting a bit dusty due to the wind and the nearby beach

Contact met Aurelio verliep heel erg vlot beveiligd gebouw met pas systeem alles aanwezig in het appartement zal zeker bij volgende keer weer bij waterfront boeken Wij hebben eerder in app 27 gezeten die hadden we ook weer geboekt echter werd dit op laatst gewijzigd in app 3 ook prima appartement met ruimer balkon maar communicatie via mail kan beter verbetering aan appartement wifi niet in hele appartement keukenkraan zat los op blad en warm waterstraal is heel klein in badkamer geeft kraan warm water op stand van koud en duurt soms lang En in elk appartement standaard een boodschappen trolly in 27 was er 1 in 3 niet heeft aurelio wel snel voor ons geregeld bij vertrek als je s,avonds pas vliegt beschikking houden over een toegangspas en deze pas bij vertrek gebouw inleveren bij receptie

Fabulous views great position but a very very tired property did not live up to photos

Fabulous position with great views but not all photos are of property not the same kitchen it's very tired apartment the photos taken many years ago. rusted balcony furniture the ratten on the chairs was splitting causing one to be unsafe to sit on. plastic netting attached to balcony railings by cable ties. Stained furniture in living room sofa was fairly new but they had covered it with a bed sheet to stop any wear and tear. chipped coffee table which someone had tried to hide the chips with white paint. 2nd bedroom had no external window the internal window the glass had broken and not been replaced so no privacy..master bedroom ensuite shower tray very badly repaired should have been replaced. if we left the air-conditioning on over night it caused a leak in the master bedroom ensuite ceiling when we rang management we were told we needed to switch off air-conditioning as we had had it on too long. Only 20 beds around the pool for 200 plus apartments the apartment block had been built in the 60's this was reflected in the reception are and hotel corridors

Positiv: -freundlicher+hilfsbereiter Empfang vor Ort durch Aurelio -großer Balkon mit tollem Blick auf den Strand + Bucht -optimale Lage um fußläufig sehr viel zu erreichen ( Torremolinos Altstadt, Benalmádena, unzählige Restaurants , kleine Supermärkte, in 10 min.zu Fuß an der Bahnstation Torremolinos ) -Parkplatzmöglichkeit direkt im Gebäude -Unkompliziertes +kontaktloses Check-out -Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage +Waschmaschine -Ausreichend Geschirr + Kochutensilien Nicht so positiv: -Restzahlung ( hoher Betrag ) musste in bar vor Ort gezahlt werden -Kaution wurde nicht automatisch nach Abreise zurückerstattet. Erst auf Nachfrage (nach 2 Wochen) wurde die Kaution-Rückerstattung hin veranlasst. -Check-in Zeit ( ab 11 Uhr ) laut Buchungsunterlagen+Internet nicht ganz korrekt, sondern erst ab 16 Uhr . -eingestellten Apartment Bilder sind nicht mehr ganz die aktuellsten (hinsichtlich Balkonliegen, fehlender Fernseher im Schlafzimmer , Möbel etc) und das zweite, kleinere Schlafzimmer bietet nur bedingt Privatsphäre -Anzahl der zur Verfügung gestellten Hand+Geschirrtücher für einen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt zu knapp bemessen -Reinigung-Equipment sehr veraltet (ausgefranster Besen+kaputtes Kehrblech) + Spül-/Putzmittel/Ersatzmüllbeutel nicht vorhanden). -Wlan bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht immer von allen Räumen aus nutzbar+zeitweise (an 2-3 Tagen) auch manchmal über mehrere Stunden (tagsüber) leider überhaupt kein Empfang (im Zeitalter von mobilem Arbeiten etwas "unpraktisch")

Apartment with lots of potential let down by the basics

Location and views are amazing. Apartment is nice enough, although everything is pretty basic. Generally things in the apartment were fine. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. The WIFI is a bad joke. In this day and age the speed and reliability are unacceptable. I was better using my 4G on my phone. Shower in main bedroom was not draining properly so after a couple of minutes the tray is nearly full of water, even if you turn off water while you soap up. There is very little to get you started other than a couple of roles of toilet paper. No shower gel which we are used to now so prepare for it. There's no detergent for the washing machine. Nothing in the kitchen other than washing up liquid and a couple of dish washer tablets - no oil, no vinegar, no basics (was a bit of salt and pepper). Would be very nice and not so much effort to have a "Welcome pack" and a few basics. Floors were actually quite dirty. We needed to mop the floors as our feet were black after a few hours in the apartment. Also, when you're staying 11 days it would be nice to have a mid-stay clean or a towel/sheet change. Again nothing is provided so we had to wash towels, etc and of course pay for the washing machine tablets to do it.

We always had hot water and the situation is second to none. The front bedroom has a great outlook but the back bedroom is very dark and noisy with no window/curtain open to the living room. Did like the fact that there is a washing machine. The kitchen needs all new stuff from the cutlery to the pans. The drains needs sorting properly and it would help to have 1 other language on the TV. We should be able to get the news if nothing else. The sofa would never be comfortable enough for people to sleep on! Furniture is old and needs to be modernised.

Location is fantastic, not only the view but also near to shops and restaurants/bars.The appartment is very clean at arrival.Kitchen is small but properly equiped and you have everything you need. 2 bathrooms is a pro when travelling with family. The pictures are a bit misleading : Kitchen pic is from another kitchen, It's not a big thing but maybe it's better to adjust the pictures on the site. There is also no dvd-player . We brought a dozen dvd's for our kid but .... We asked for one but i think they couldn't find it. :)

Loved it!

The location was perfect! We parked our car and did not move it for the whole stay. Restaurants, groceries, the beach, and anything else you might need are truly minutes away. We are animal lovers so we bought a box of Friskies Cat Food and enjoyed feeding the cats on the beach boardwalk before our morning run. We loved it!!!

Beautiful Apartment

Stunning apartment with fantastic sea and La Carihuela views. Spacious inside and with everything you need. Two nice bedrooms and a sofa bed comfortable for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again. Apartment block has a lift direct to the beach. Stop the pigeon pooping on the cupboard on the balcony :-)
