"Beautiful place for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Good central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities from Rincon to Fajardo. "We loved our stay ay this Villa. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the proximity to San Juan and the amenities of the villas. Communication for everything was excellent. Our blinds fell on the floor and by the time we got back from our outing it was taken care of. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the property. The beach was quiet and very private. Definitely would love to come back. "

"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape.
