Our elegantly-designed front line townhouse at La Torre has stunning views overlooking the 15th hole of the golf course.
It is located in a quieter part of the resort, ideal for golfers or young families, being only 50 metres from two of the many children’s play areas and just seven minutes walk from the nearest of the resort’s 22 swimming pools. It is 1.2km from the resort centre, where you'll find a selection of bars and restaurants. The walk takes around 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.
Our fully air conditioned property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is available for holiday rentals at La Torre Golf Resort.
In the downstairs bedroom you'll find two single beds; these can be pushed together to make a super kingsize bed, if you prefer. Next to it is a shower room, incorporating toilet and wash basin.
The lounge area consists of a black leather corner suite, cable TV with UK channels, a DVD player, CD player and a collection of over three hundred DVDs, CDs, books and games.
The dining area, with oak table and chairs, has doors leading out to the patio, with its fantastic views of the golf course. You can dine alfresco or simply relax with a good book in the shade on the day-bed. The addition of glass curtains means you can benefit year-round from this terrace.
The main bedroom is upstairs and has a super kingsize bed. Patio doors lead to the upstairs terrace and its superb vistas across the golf-course. It has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, plus two USB plugs. There’s a 32″ TV with all the UK terrestrial channels, a Xbox / DVD player and an iPod dock.
For families with babies, we provide a travel cot and stair gate at no extra cost.
The main bathroom includes a bath (with shower), vanity basin and bidet.
There is central heating throughout for those refreshingly cooler winter nights.

Enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the golf course. On the terrace you’ll find a table (with umbrella), four chairs, four sun-loungers and a barbecue; there’s a further two lightweight loungers and four chairs for use around the pools or at the beach. Downstairs we have a patio area with a table and 4 chairs, a day bed and glass curtains.

Murcia and the Costa Cálida have much to offer in the way of rest and relaxation, as well as the luxury of sunshine all year round.
