Guests love the perfect location, as it’s so close to the beach and local attractions. The house is spotless and well-equipped, and visitors love bringing their dog which is safe in the fully enclosed yard.

• Spectacular Ocean Views: Enjoy breathtaking easterly ocean views from the upstairs living hub and two upper bedrooms, with the distant silhouette of Point Nepean visible. As a guest mentioned, "the house floorplan was excellent. Each room had access to their own bathroom and were separated, giving privacy to each room. Worked well with 2 couples."
• Abundant Natural Light: The north-facing orientation ensures the home is bathed in natural light all day long, enhancing the warm timber tones and high ceilings. A guest noted, "Great property - very comfortable. Great communication."

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants in town, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need in Torquay for a fabulous holiday!

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc village.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Getting Around:
-Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, beaches and shops. On-street parking is available, plus the driveway – please note you will also have access to the double garage.
-Follow the pathways directly to The Esplanade to reach Fisherman’s Beach
-Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
-Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong-Melbourne.
-Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.

Beautiful getaway.

Absolutely loved the house! It everything you needed a more, you could relax on the balcony or play a game of table tennis. It was super pet friendly as well. Great location so close to everything!

Perfect accomodation for our family, nice quiet neighbourhood. Also great walking tracks for our dog and she loved Whites beach. Extremely dog friendly town, the cafes & restaurants welcomed her. We had a perfect 2 day stay!

Beautiful homely Torquay home, we felt relaxed as spoons as we walked in. Great location and our furchild enjoyed the views watching the relaxed neighbourhood go by from second floor living area. Would love to stay again, clean and well maintained.
