Resort Apartment 275 is a privately owned one-bedroom apartment located within the Wyndham Resort Torquay, directly opposite Fisherman’s Beach—ideal for an easy swim, snorkel, coastal walk or nearby surf breaks. It’s also an easy 10-minute walk to Torquay’s cafés, restaurants and shops.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three guests, with one queen bed and a sofa bed in the main living area. The apartment features brand new floorboards throughout, a full kitchen, and an open-plan living and dining area with views of Deep Creek Reserve and some ocean glimpses.
In the lounge room there is a Smart “Qled 55” TV.

Guests enjoy access to the resort’s shared facilities, including pools, spa, gym, tennis court, BBQ area, kids play areas and a seasonal café.

Check-in and key collection is organised through Surf Coast Holiday Rentals (not a hotel front desk). Keys are collected from the Surf Coast Holiday Rentals office at 20 Pearl Street, Torquay, with after-hours key collection available by arrangement.
