This is a single story home set on an acre & ideal for 1 or 2 families to enjoy. Located just 6 minutes drive to Torquay & the beach, it will suit a group who want plenty of space in a peaceful & beautiful setting, yet minutes from the town centre, beach and everything Torquay has to offer.

The home consists of:

4 bedrooms - 3 x with queen beds, 1 x king bed.
1 x cot inside one of the queen rooms.
3 x bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite).
Large open plan living, dining & kitchen.
A play room with toys & play mat.

Outdoor shower.

All linen and towels are included for 8 guests, guests BYO linen/sheet for the cot.
