The basement suite is occupied by a long-term tenant and is not part of this rental.
The tenant has a separate living space, but you may occasionally hear normal household sounds during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

No Smoking & No Parties: This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.

Stay Extension: If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
