To help us provide every guest with a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that you treat our home with care and respect throughout your stay. By booking this property, you agree to comply with the following additional house rules.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been provided. Parties, events, unauthorized visitors, commercial activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Smoking, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, candles, fireworks, and any open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or on the property.

Guests are responsible for leaving the home in reasonably tidy condition. Please wash and put away dishes used during your stay, dispose of garbage in the designated bins, and report any accidental damage or maintenance concerns immediately. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. A minimum damage charge of $300 may apply, with additional charges based on the cost of repairing or replacing damaged furniture, appliances, fixtures, décor, linens, or other property.

Early check-in and late checkout are available only with prior approval and are subject to availability. Approved early check-in and late checkout are charged at $50 per hour. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional hourly charges and any costs incurred due to delayed cleanings or impacted reservations.

Excessive cleaning resulting from smoking, pet hair, stains, spills, excessive garbage, or failure to follow house rules may result in additional cleaning fees. Pets are only permitted with prior written approval and any applicable pet fees.

Guests acknowledge that they use the property and all amenities at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss, or damage to guests or their personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children and ensuring all members of their group use the property safely.

Exterior security cameras may monitor building entrances and outdoor access points for the safety of guests and the protection of the property. No cameras are located inside the home or in private guest areas.

Any violation of these house rules, condominium regulations, municipal bylaws, or Airbnb policies may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property where permitted by Airbnb`s Terms of Service. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these additional rules and responsibilities.
