Drive way only fits 4 cars, no parking on the street or on neighbors side.

We have limit of 20 guests Any additional guests will be charge extra $100.

We have exterior security cameras in the front and back of the house for your safety

Noise dedicator installed in the house. Excessive noise will result to action. This is respectful neighborhood zero tolerance for parties/large events.

Garbage:

-Less than 2 days; 2 bags
-Less than 4 days; 3 bags
-Less than 7 days; 5 bags

Any additional garbage beyond the limit will incur a $100 charges.

Please be advised that I have a strict no smoking and no partying policy. There are cameras outside of the house and anyone in violation of this policy will be will charges a penalty fee of $1,000 and be evicted without refund.
