THE SPACE

With a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room for the fifth guest, a full bathroom, and a welcoming living area, there is room to relax, recharge, and enjoy your stay at your own pace.

- Main Floor: The main floor is occupied by the landlord and is not accessible to guests.
- Backyard: The backyard is not accessible during your stay.
- Heating & A/C: The suite has heating and air conditioning. The thermostat is located on the main floor and cannot be controlled directly from the basement. Please message us if you need a temperature adjustment.

- No Smoking & No Parties: This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.
- Stay Extension: If you'd like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
