"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Wir konnten schon Mittags in die Wohnung. Die Villa liegt auf einem Berg und ist rundherum mit einer Mauer geschützt. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben mit großem Vergnügen auf dem Gasgrill gegrillt und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten im Garten zum Entspannen und Essen genutzt. Überall war es gemütlich und bei Bedarf sonnig oder schattig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt Einen großen Kühlschrank...

"Dos cosas me molestaron sobremanera: - primera, la dueña vive justo al lado con acceso directo, del que dio buen uso, a nuestro trozo de parcela. En el anuncio hablaba de una villa TOTALMENTE independiente. - segundo, contaba con un jardín de 1.500 mt que es lo que dice el resumen de la propiedad y no es cierto. Puede que mida eso si sumamos la parcela de la dueña pero el inquilino no dispone ni de 300 mts. eso siendo muy generosa. A mayores resaltar que tanto barbacoa, sombrilla, cama de sol,...

"El propietario muy amable y atento. Buena situación de la casa ya que esta muy cerca de las playas de Jávea y de Moraira, así como de muchas calas. Lo mejor de la casa la piscina y la zona exterior donde comíamos."

"Fernab vom Trubel der Strände als letztes Anwesen am Ende einer Straße habe wir (7 Erwachsene) uns blendend erholt. Das Haus bot genügend Platz für uns, so dass jeder auch einen privaten Rückzugsraum hatte. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der (fast) private Steinstrand, zu dem wir über eine hauseigene Treppe gelangten, hatte meistens glasklares Wasser, so dass unsere Schnorchler voll auf ihre Kosten kamen. Der Einstig zum Baden geht ganz leicht über...

"Unbestritten toller Panoramablick. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber speziell. Sauberkeit ok, Müll der Vormieter war noch da. Gebrauchsartikel wie Reinigungsmittel, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel waren selber zu beschaffen. Glühbirnen (3) haben wir ebenfalls besorgt. Wäsche teilweise fleckig, rostiger Wäschetrockner? Leider war das Haus umsäumt von 3 Baustellen, eine davon war ein Felsabbruch mit Bagger mit Presslufthammer. Es lohnt sich, die anderen Bewertungen zu lesen. Schade, die Aussicht...

"Accueil et propreté de lieux impeccable rien à redire là dessus. Les propriétaires sont vraiment au petit soins avec vous, donne beaucoup d'informations sur les activités, les restaurants et tout ceux qui peut rendre le séjour agréable. 😁 Je recommande. 😁"

"Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, in einem sauberen, einfachen Zustand. Man hat seine Freiheiten und einen angenehmen Anprechpartner vor Ort. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Herbst wird es wohl noch eine neue Küche geben, was das Haus aufwerten wird. Wir hoffen dann mit einem Backofen, was das Essen mit Kleinkinder manchmal erleichtert:) Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. :)"
