Welcome to this charming country retreat, where a carefully renovated barn and three inviting patios create the perfect setting for socializing. Located in a quiet area an hour from Gothenburg and just 35 minutes from Ullared, the house offers the perfect blend of relaxation and activity.





The tastefully renovated ground floor is adorned with new wallpaper and paint, complemented by a modern kitchen. Upstairs you will find four inviting bedrooms and a practical toilet. The house comfortably accommodates 6-8 people, but has sleeping space for up to 10 guests.





The garden is an oasis with several different patios equipped with sofas, armchairs, and a relaxing hammock. The house has a hot tub that is available during the summer months, from April to October. During the winter, it is closed because the water freezes. There is also a newly built boules court and a well-maintained lawn that is cared for by a robotic lawn mower. The large gas grill is ready for wonderful barbecue evenings.





The surrounding area offers beautiful nature experiences with opportunities for walks in the open countryside and swimming in the nearby lake. With the house's seven bicycles, you can easily explore the surroundings. For shopping and city life, both Kinna/Skene and the popular Ullared are within easy reach.
