Registration:

· The minimum age to book and register is 25 years old.

· It is mandatory that all guests present a valid ID (National ID or passport) when checking in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival and departure outside opening hours:

· Option for late arrival from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment on arrival)

· Option for late arrival from 21:00 to 12:00: Price €100 per booking (payment on arrival)

· Option for late arrival with complimentary safe deposit box at the agency.



· Failure to present on check-in day will result in no refund of the booking amount.



The payment of the tourist tax is mandatory

· Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning:

. The house must be in proper condition at the time of departure, the dishes cleaned and the rubbish deposited in the street bins before leaving, otherwise a charge of €100 will be deducted from the deposit.



IMPORTANT:

In properties where pets are accepted, pet owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.



No beach towels are provided.



Clause:

· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking to be paid at the time of delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock that must be opened by a locksmith: Price €200 to be paid on site to the technician.



Rules:

· Guests commit to respecting the internal regulations of the property and, above all, to not making noise at night between 22:00 and 08:00 hours.



· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.



· Smoking is not permitted in this accommodation.
