Villa Suzzanah is newly renovated, upgraded and furnished to a very high standard, with a private swimming pool, walled gardens & courtyards and a traditionally brick built, wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue. There is plenty of seating for al fresco dining in the shaded verandah with matching overhead fan-lights for keeping cool on hot days.
The garden contains numerous fruit and indigenous palm trees and flowers in graveled beds (including kumquat, lemon, mandarin, fig, plum and pomegranate) a herb garden, and also a laundry area with washing machine and outside bathroom in the rear courtyard.
The swimming pool boasts fibre optic vari-coloured underwater LED illumination and the stone flagged terrace surrounding it has solid wooden, wheeled sun-loungers with thick padded covers.
Inside, the Villa comprises a large split level living area with an open fireplace, comfortable seating and a spacious dining area with solid wooden furniture. The kitchen is brand new, fully fitted and contains the full range of electrical appliances including a dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, also a toaster and microwave. There are a full range of cooking utensils and serving utensils, complete with a French style cafetiere, an Italian espresso maker, and everything else needed to prepare delicious home cooked meals.
The downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed with a memory foam orthopedic mattress and ample storage and wardrobe space, bedside lockers with reading lamps - the adjacent fully tiled bathroom includes, bidet, sink,toilet and shower enclosure, with vanity unit and hair dryer.
From the living room a staircase leads upstairs and 2 further bedrooms and bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with orthopedic mattress, a huge mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside lockers with reading lamps, French doors lead onto an extensive half-covered balcony overlooking the pool and front garden,. Balcony chairs and table permit relaxing outside either in full sun or in the shade of the overhanging roof, there are steps from this balcony leading through a secure gate onto a private roof terrace with wide sea views across the village of Lendinuso.
The third bedroom, contains twin beds bedside lockers with lamps, a wardrobe and a matching bunk bed for any additional guests or extended family. There are also French doors here leading to a large private balcony with outdoor table and chairs and overlooks the rear courtyard and barbecue area.
The upstairs bathroom also comprises, a sink, bidet, toilet, an extra size shower cubicle, mirrored vanity unit, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
All three bedrooms, the living room and dining area have overhead ceiling fans for a pleasant ambience, the Villa is air-conditioned both upstairs and downstairs.
All doors and windows in the property have fitted insect screens, the Villa offers free WiFi and there is a wall safe for storing money or valuables.
There is satellite TV offering a range of different channels in various languages to suit the most of our potential guests, and a DVD player, we supply a selection of DVDs and a menu for you to choose films/movies from our library of over 400 titles.
To save you using up your precious airline baggage allowances, we supply for our guests all sheets, bed linen etc, and hand, bath and pool towels with a weekly laundry change for stays of 2 weeks or more.
On your arrival at Villa Suzzanah you will find a sumptuous welcome basket to enable our guests to relax after your arrival without the need of having to find the shops after a possibly tiring journey particularly with young children.
The basket contains a section of locally grown seasonal fruit and salads, breads, pasta, sauce butter, jam, yoghurt, cold meat and cheese, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk etc -as well as wine, beer and fruit juice. Oil, vinegar, and condiments are also included.
