"I love the staff and it was fun playing"

"I booked through Expedia. My card was charged twice. We arrived at 3am EXHAUSTED and the nearest open rooms were around 20 miles away. When I went to check in and I told them my name for the reservation the staff looked at each and said that room wasn't clean. They then proceeded to tell me about how short staffed they were and the one was on more than a double shift at that point. So my family and I were without a room and our funds were locked up with my card having 2 room charges on it....

"Got to the property and it was awesome and the staff was more then happy to let me and my best friend park our motorcycles by the door and the room was phenomenal and clean and quiet breakfast was great and the location was perfect"

"The owners are rebranding to the Gard. We stayed in the Lewis & Clark room. We arrived after hours, but were given access codes. All the rooms are on the 2nd floor, which you have to use metal stairs on the outside of the building to access (if you arrive/depart when the winery is open, there are inside stairs that you can use instead). There is no parking near the stairs, so be prepared. There are snacks and ice available for all in the entrance hallway. I was surprised how close to the highway...

"Room was clean but layout was odd. No lock on the bathroom door, no fan in the bathroom, limited lightening. Both the front desk workers when checking in and out were excellent. When we went down in the middle of our stay to ask for something the lady working was rude and seemed inconvenienced that was asking for something."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! Smelled of pot and mold and stale cigarettes. Room literally falling apart. I think it’s possible I received bedbugs?! I sat on bed to put shoes on and there was a hypodermic needle sitting on the microwave. The clerk could’ve cared less when notified. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. During checkin, the front desk was polite and helpful. Also, the kitchen stayed open to accommodate dinner for our large party after our girls’ softball games. The food was delicious, and the server, Bianca, was wonderful."

"We had a lovely stay in the Secret Garden suite. Really relaxing retreat for the weekend and excellent breakfast. "

"Loved the location being close to where my dad and family live and not all the way on the other side of town. Staff were prompt with questions and guidance. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was a great temp. LOVED my king size bed and room. Will for sure do a staycation again with them."
