"All perfect and only problem was the prepayed booking done by hotels.com so the Island Suites charge the room fee but it was not the failure diring the check in and she, the front desk only follows the procedures. Today before check all was solved and the manager already done the credit on my credit card charge! My great tks to all Island team@"

"A localização é ótima, cercado de lojas, mercado, opções de alimentação. Próximo a London Bridge. Café da manhã bem básico. Quartos limpos, renovados, é o típico hotel perfeito para dormir e seguir viagem. Bom atendimento na recepção "

"Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Nice shower and beautiful view from our balcony. Staff was terrific"

"The room was very clean. Beds super comfy. Breakfest and coffee were awesome. Air conditioning unit is very loud. And our refrigerater didnt work very well. Did not keep items cool really. We will return though. everything else was great. I know now not to have a room near the exit doors. Very loud exit door slamming shut."

"Great place to visit"

"Ótimo hotel, bem próximo a highway. Pernoitamos por uma noite, quarto limpo com ótimas camas, banho e um bom da manhã. "

"Nothing. This place should be condemned and the health department should be contacted. When we arrived there was no water in the lobby and so the restroom was couldn’t be used. When we to our room, there was a full pot of cold coffee on the table. There was only one washcloth, hand towel and two bath towels. The shower was in horrible condition and no hot water this morning. The floors weren’t very clean and the grout exceptionally dirty. The floor was sticky and we found a dirty sheet...

"Hotel limpo e confortável. Muitas opções de compra e alimentação no entorno. Piscina boa, café da manhã continental, mas bom. Staff atencioso e estacionamento gratuito. Ficarei novamente."

"Ok but they said breakfast and it was not a breakfast."
