The check-in / check-out process was a breeze and communication with the owners / managers was excellent. "Unfortunately the communication with check in was very poor. We did not received details on how to check in until 2 hours after the start of check in. After messaging the host with no reply, we needed to contact the online provider to contact the host, even they could not contact the host. Eventually the host made contact with no apologies. "
