The master bedroom includes a massive wardrobe, perfect for longer stays. Relax in the cosy open-plan living space with a large TV, or cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to a perfect backyard and covered patio ideal for unwinding. A quiet, safe location near shops and parks, this home offers everything you need.

Guests have several access points to the property, including the front door, back door, and two side gates. For convenience, we kindly ask guests to use the front door when entering and exiting the home. The other access points may be used when needed but are not intended for daily use. Please note that the garage is not included in the booking, is not accessible to guests, and will remain locked. Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

I respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home. I’m always available through Airbnb messaging if you need assistance, have questions, or require recommendations during your stay. For urgent matters, I can be contacted by phone. Otherwise, I give guests space to enjoy the home comfortably and independently.

Parking & Access: Guests can use the front door for entry. Side gates are available if needed but not preferred access point. The garage is not included in the booking and will remain locked. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway or on the street.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 3 PM. Check-out by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request.

House Rules: No smoking inside. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. No damage to the house or property is permitted.

Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness at all times; the property is new, modern, and well-maintained.

Safety & Security: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed. First aid kit available.

Appliances & Amenities: Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Laundry area includes washer and dryer. Wi-Fi included.

Noise & Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise levels after 10 PM.
