"The room had an odor with a wet smell of the carpet as soon as we entered the room that triggered my wife allergies. I was suppose to have a King Size bedroom. I had double beds. No phone in the room. No iron board. Tub was dirty. It was not a good experiences at all. I deserve a full refund."

"Has a nice gym, and the pool was nice but had alot of bugs in it everyday. We stayed three nights and they didn't clean the room any of the days. We have a baby and from the baby crawling on the floor her legs we dirty. Floor looked clean but needs shampooing. Also where the carpet meets the hallway the carpet is coming up. So for over a hundred a night stay not worth it."

"Staffs were very nice and helpful! Breakfast was okay, could be better or different option besides scrambled eggs. Room was okay but the bed sheet was stained and some hair stuck. Not sure if the bed sheet was changed. Everything thing was okay except the carpet on the floor, there were some ants running. May be needs some more maintenance for the shake of kids."

"The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and informative. They didn’t have the 2 beds like I asked for but they brought in a cot to accommodate the situation"
