We booked a queen room with a balcony based on the photos displayed at the time of booking, which clearly suggested an elevated room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a ground floor room with no view at all, which was very misleading and not what we believed we had paid for. The management were outstanding and went to great lengths to ensure the next person was safe and experienced the excellent cleanliness and service that they offer. Highly recommended place to stay!"
