"This place is really dusty, which makes you wonder what they force that cleaning fee on you for. It was impossible to breathe in the cabins due to the dust and all three of us left the experience sick. We were forced to pay the upcharges for a duvet, even though we didn't require it, which also didn't include towels, and generally the communication was horrible.
Saying something is optional in the description and then forcing it on the guest should be a huge no go. Horrible experience all...

"Nice hotel for the price. The balcony especially was a nice addition. The neighborhood is a bit run down, but the hotel itself seemed newly built.
Still, rooms and furniture show clear signs of wear and tear and in our case, the floors of our room was exceptionally dirty upon arrival which took away from the total experience."

"The accommodation was very well maintained. We enjoyed the comfortable room which was well cleaned. The check-in process was seamless, even though the communication with the host for matters other than the check-in was rather difficult. The AC was not working properly. The building is quite old and therefore it was rather poorly soundproofed.
We had an unpleasant experience during the morning where staff entered our room without knocking, twice! We tried to use the door lock for additional...
