"A wonderful,cosy ,comfortable cottage with everything you could need for a short stay.local pub 31 is a very friendly place to go for a drink,sadly do not serve food.lots of places to visit,Rye is very quirky and lots of shops Camber sands is only a short drive away and a fantastic beach to exercise your dog.The secure garden at New Hope is a welcoming pleasure to have when holidaying with your dog.Cannot fault New Hope "

"Excellent location - including walks from the door, and plenty of options for trips out. Generously proportioned, unique warm accommodation. Generous, individual touches with a welcome pack. Freezer space for a few meals in."

"Man kann alles nur mit den meisten Sternen bewerten. Eine Gastgeberin wie Penny kann man sich nur wünschen. Um die Jahreszeit war es schon recht früh dunkel. Alles kein Problem so gegen 16:00 h wieder einkehren, Kessel an teatime im Wohnzimmer sitzen und sich wohlfühlen. Bei der Anreise beim eintreten begrüßte uns schon der Tannenbaum. Man fühlte sich von Anfang bis Ende zu Hause. War wohl nicht der letzte Besuch."

"What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity"

"We had a wonderful stay in the Cart Lodge cottage. Location was perfect - easily accessible from the main yet very quiet and secure with plenty of parking. Cottage had everything we needed - including very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (we cooked multiple times) and a cozy sitting room. Best feature: the sheep! Loved watching them from the window and feeding them digestive biscuits in the morning. We would definitely stay again."
