They left a container to put ice in which was dirty- it had pop stains stuck to the side and dirt and dust all around top edge. We had to go to the office to get a bag to put ice in . "Room was clean and ground floor accessible, so no elevators or luggage hauling. However, the pool was not operational, and there was nobody to turn the keys into and check out with the next morning, and much of the breakfast stuff was gone although we were there more than an hour before they closed."

"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue.
