The open plan living area is the heart of this home with a seamless flow through the stacker doors to the covered outdoor entertaining area which overlooks pretty, landscaped gardens. The kitchen overlooks the living area and features a large island bench with breakfast bar. The home features reverse cycle air-conditioning and a slow combustion fire plus ceiling fans in the living areas and bedrooms.

The spacious main bedroom has a King bed, large ensuite, walk in robe and sliding door access out to the back garden. The additional two bedrooms have queen beds and one has an extra single bed and a trundle for the family to share and are at the other end of house and are all generous in size and have built in robes. The bedrooms all take advantage of lovely plantation shutters.

Perfectly located close to Tomakin Cove, Barlings Beach, Melville Point, boat ramp and Tomaga River. With surfing, paddle boarding, canoeing, boating, and swimming on your doorstep you will feel like you are on holidays all year. After your morning swim stroll to the popular Riverfront Café or enjoy lunch at the nearby Tomakin Club. Your holiday is waiting!
