"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very warm and welcoming. Rooms were also very clean, and the lobby was also very comfortable, my friends and I hung out with snacks in the lobby for fun. The pool and spa was clean, they provided towels for the pool. Didn't get to use the gym because I don't really work out, but visited and it was nice and clean."

"The accommodation is perfect The neighborhood is under construction and turns difficult to get to the hotel. They should advise that because GPS gets you in a closed street. They should make clear that is someone there until 11pm. When you pass in front’s of the office there’s a signal saying the office is closed at 5pm"

"Everything was clean! The cabin was small and cute but close to everything. The water temp and pressure were perfect and the heater worked wonderfully. It didn’t come with pots and pans for cooking but that’s okay because we enjoyed the local cuisine. The only thing I would suggest is bring a pillow if you like yours extra fluffy or firm. Also, there’s no TV so maybe some bored or card games. Overall, very great place to stay and the staff is super helpful. "

"I'm going to give them a 5 star review because they're in the middle of remodeling and they need to be given some grace. Room: The new rooms were comfy and clean. Only thing I would suggest is adding one more arm chair & a side table in the smaller rooms. Dining: The servers were so kind and good communicators. The menu was fun. Food was good. My family and I loved the little cafe on site. Pool: Oh man. The pool is absolutely amazing. Swimming in a hot spring/heated pool during the winter...

"Loved the upscale design, large windows, large shower with multiple shower head options and finishes because it felt like our home. We had a Mountain View in #302 from each of the two oversized windows. It was nice having a keurig, microwave and cooler. We were a bit confused by the TV, we are apple t. People so it took a minute to figure out the Roku. parking confusion got straightened out quickly with a phone call. walked on the trails nearby, too and were only minutes from charming...

"Reservamos o hotel pelo custo-beneficio; porém, quando chegamos nele nos surpreendemos, tudo em perfeito estado, muito confortável, cama, rouparia, amenities, café da manhã honesto e saboroso; Funcionárias são excepcionais, em especial o David, que até português se esforçava em falar para nos ajudar! A localização é outro ponto forte, próximo a estação q tem ônibus para todos os lugares, próximo a inúmeros restaurantes, Wal Mart, TJ Max; Voltaremos, se Deus permitir! "
