■ Neighborhood
Happy Road Oyama shopping street is a 4-minute walk away. Its covered arcade of about 560 m holds roughly 200 shops: supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, casual restaurants, cafés and izakaya. It's comfortable even on rainy days.

■ House rules
1. This is a quiet residential area. Please keep quiet from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and avoid talking or smoking in front of the entrance or in common areas.
2. No smoking indoors. If a smoke alarm is triggered, a fee may be charged.
3. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
4. Hair dyeing in the room or bathroom is not allowed.
5. You may be charged for any damage to the property.
6. We cannot accept packages on behalf of guests.
7. Pets are not allowed because the host is allergic.
