"Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast...

"We recently stayed here as we were flying in overseas for a wedding. The location was perfect, however that is the only positive. Sadly the listing was nothing as described. Communication was appalling ,we prebooked this almost a year in advance. Days before we were due to arrive I reached out and received nothing.
