"Positive Aspects:The property overall was fine and met basic expectations.Rooms and facilities were generally in order.Areas of Concern:BBQ: The BBQ was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It took significant time to clean, and when we attempted to use it, the 9kg gas bottle was completely empty. We drove to several places to refill it but were unsuccessful, which caused considerable frustration and delays.Kitchen & Utensils: Cooking utensils were left dirty, and there was no scrub provided to...

"Serendipity was a well presented BnB. The beds were very comfortable, the house was charming and had everything we needed. The directions were clear and made it an easy stay for us."

"Our stay was amazing, although the road noise in the two front rooms where annoying I guess it's only until the road is opened again on state highway 1. The venue was lovely and we all enjoyed the 1920s theme, we even dressed in period clothing for dinner on the sat night. The house was well set up with everything we needed, and close to visiting the mountain. I would recommend this venue, especially for large groups."
