Apartment 'Marion' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The vacation apartment HAUS MARION is located on the outskirts of Todtnau directly on the hiking trail to the famous Todtnau waterfalls (distance 1.4 km) and in the heart of the beautiful hiking area in the Upper Black Forest. The house was built in 1959 using ecological construction methods with wooden beam ceilings and straw insulation between the floors. This means that occasional noises from the apartments above can be heard. It is situated on a slope in a sunny location with a wonderful view of the Wiesental valley. The apartment has its own entrance and parking spaces in front of the house.



The bus stop is 50 m away, the town center and restaurants 800 m, Hasenhorn chairlift (summer toboggan run, toboggan run in winter) 1 km, outdoor pool and tennis courts 2 km, Feldberg ski area 7 km.



The 45 m² apartment is suitable for up to three people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, bed linen is provided. The apartment is equipped with parquet floor, hallway with wardrobe, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, pad coffee machine (Senseo), kettle, microwave, pots, dishes and cutlery.



The bathroom is newly renovated with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC; towels, soap and hairdryer are provided. There is free WiFi, satellite TV, smoke detectors and insect screens on the windows in the kitchen and bedroom. There is a private sun terrace in the garden exclusively for the apartment.
