The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments in the house: SWW HOS 001 (2 people), SWW HOS 002 (1 person), SWW HOS 003 (2 people), SWW HOS 004 (1 person) and SWW HOS 005 (5 people). The house is situated above the spa park with a view of the Todtmoos valley and forest. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
