"Il posto è davvero bello ma il personale sembra essere stato scelto a caso.I bagnini arrivano con comodo,tarda mattinata e non hanno compreso il loro ruolo.Incompetenza e maleducazione regna sovrana soprattutto al ristorante,se ti lamenti loro rispondono ancora peggio, a toni minaccia,uno in particolare.Il villaggio sembra un cantiere si può trovare di tutto...Prese volanti a bordo piscina,mattoni coperti da teloni,tombini nascosti da tavoli pick-nik.La sicurezza credo non sia un argomento...

"Honestly, the quality of the facilities just weren’t very nice and the logistics to get in and out of the room more challenging to say the least. The breakfast was good but the room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept off. The linens all need to be upgraded, the shower is the smallest shower ever. "

"Room was very spacious. 2 full queen beds. Patio on one side of the room and smaller patio on the other side. Room was very clean. Staff were all very pleastant and helpful. Only small negatives was low pressure in shower but this is Italy so i wouldn't deduct anything for that. Hotel is a maybe a 7 min walk to the center. "

"Começo pelo que foi muito bom. Atendimento do check in(nao lembro o nome da simpatica recepcionista dia 29/11/23 as 21:00) excelente. E depois as dicas sobre vinho do Roberto(garçom). Tudo nota 10! O hotel tem um excelente estrutura. Espetacular na verdade. Porem tem algumas coisas que precisam ser corrigidas. - A questao do ar condicionado nao ser controlado pelo hospede, é horrivel. Hora muito quente, hora muito frio sem funcionar(estivemos fim de novembro). - Meu quarto teve um problema, em que a central do dijuntores entrava em teste a cada pouco, e ficava apitando e fazendo barulho de liga e desliga, tornando impossivel dormir. O atendente da madrugada, tambem simpatico e atencioso, veio e me explicou como resetar, mas tiver que fazer isso umas 5 vezes na noite. Resumindo, quem dorme? Indico...mas precisam arrumar isso. "
