"This place was certainly convenient as it’s right in terminal 3, and was an interesting experience. There are plenty of good restaurants in the terminal. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, the capsules do not have air conditioning, merely a tiny fan that seems to blow a tiny trickle of air from the outside. I turned it on full blast, which felt like nothing at all. I was terribly sticky and uncomfortable all night. I would not choose to stay here again."

"Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....
