The property was clean with modern facilities, and the front desk staff and Bellman we’re pleasant and helpful. But, when arriving in, we were only provided with two bath towels, no hand towels, no face cloths. There was a sign in the shower, indicating that we would need to run the shower for at least a minute prior to getting hot water, but despite running the shower for well over a minute, we never got hot water. When eating in the restaurant, the staff served other people around us prior to serving us, despite us being seated first, and it took an exceptionally long time to receive our order despite it being salad. my husband also ordered a brand of beer that was displayed in the cooler upon entering the hotel, but was told that it was sold out when trying to order it in the restaurant. The stuff in the restaurant were pleasant, but it was like they were focussed on other things besides serving customers. There was one staff member that appeared to be managerial, and took him intervening to get anything accomplished.
