This spacious Lake Hartwell getaway is designed for making memories with family and friends! With plenty of room for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy the lake, the home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests.

The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area flow into a four-season porch overlooking beautiful Lake Hartwell. Outside, enjoy a double-decker dock with an upper level perfect for soaking up the sun and a lower level made for relaxing by the water. Deep water at the end of the dock makes it a great spot for swimming, fishing, or simply floating and enjoying the lake.

INDOOR LIVING

The main level features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining area, and a comfortable living room.
The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the basic necessities for your stay.
One of the highlights of the main floor is the four-season porch, featuring beautiful lake views and dining space for up to 10 guests.
Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with bunk beds, each offering three twin beds. An additional bedroom features a queen bed, plus a cot bed stored in the closet.
The lower level includes one separate toilet as well as another toilet located inside the bathroom.

ENTERTAINMENT

Head out on the lake with our kayaks and paddle boards and spend the day exploring Lake Hartwell.
For time indoors, choose from a variety of games ranging from Uno to the most current version of Clue.
Settle into the sitting area with wine glasses, cozy blankets on the couch for movie nights, and comfortable outdoor chairs for relaxing outside.
Please note that the hot tub is not functional.
Fishing enthusiasts will love having access to deep water and some of the best fishing in Georgia right from the property—no boat rental required! For guests who would like to rent a boat, there are several marinas located nearby.
Fast WiFi makes it easy to stream your favorite movies and shows while enjoying some popcorn.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
