"Just as described. Clean and great location to downtown Helen, you can easily walk into town. A couple of things to keep in mind is that it very much puts you in mind if a hotel room but without room service. What I mean is there are no extras…no extra towels, toilet paper ect. We had 4 people and 6 towels. As we were very active during this trip I would have liked to switch towels out halfway but there were not enough for us to all have a clean one. "Had a great time in Helen. The condo was very clean and super nice. The view of the chattahoochee is right out your back door. It was fun to people watch as people floated down the river. I was a little skeptical of the location and access to town, however to my surprise downtown is just a few steps away!! The eleveator was down so we had to use the steps. Again not bad at all. The steps are indoor and carpeted and only a few steps up to the condo. Really easy even after an all day walk...
