"Chez Java" Village House

Welcome to Chez Java, a charming house completely renovated in 2025/2026, located in the heart of the village of Tocane-Saint-Apre, in the beautiful Périgord Vert. Ideal for family holidays or reunions with loved ones, it offers a comfortable and friendly setting near the Dronne.

The house has a spacious living room open to a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as a pleasant private courtyard without vis-à-vis with a large picnic table and barbecue, perfect for sharing good times in the open air. The air conditioning also ensures pleasant comfort during your stay.

Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms with queen-size beds, including two private suites with shower, as well as a dormitory with four bunk beds, ideal for children. A separate bathroom with bathtub completes the sleeping area. A reading corner on the landing invites you to enjoy a moment of calm.

Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided, and the beds are prepared for your arrival. A cot and a high chair are also available on request.

A few steps away, enjoy the pleasures of the Dronne: swimming, fishing and canoeing. The village also offers a bakery, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants and local shops.
