The design of Villa Piña focuses on functionality and simplicity, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere without unnecessary luxuries or ostentation that might cause concern or discomfort. ⛌ No Night Parties Allowed Except During Christmas and New Year’s eve.

The house is located within a family-friendly gated complex with clear rules to ensure the well-being of all residents. It is mandatory to respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., during which excessive noise, parties, or events are prohibited. Any violation of these rules, such as hosting parties or engaging in loud activities outside these hours, not only disrupts the neighbors but may also result in fines imposed by the condominium management.

We would like to remind you that these penalties are strict and may include additional charges or even the cancellation of your stay without a refund. Please ensure that you follow these rules to avoid inconveniences and guarantee a pleasant experience for everyone. If you’re planning to party with friends, this is NOT the right place for that activity. In that case, I recommend looking for an independent house outside the condominium, there are many excellent ones, and you’ll have a much better time. Here, it’s essential to follow the community rules, which will also protect you. Failure to do so will result in an unpleasant experience for everyone. This is more of a place for couples, families, with grandparents, in-laws, or kids, to enjoy the day and have a restful night’s sleep.

❗️ The house has multiple levels and stairs, which can be a challenge for families with hyperactive young children or for individuals with reduced mobility. While the house is beautiful and functional, we recommend taking extra precautions if you have young children.

Other aspects to consider

⚠️ For stays longer than 5 nights, ⚠️ please note that if necessary, the pool will undergo a deep cleaning and disinfection process at the end of the 5th night. This is based on the pool's water measurements, and typically after heavy use, this cleaning is required. The process will take place overnight to minimize any inconvenience and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The pool will be unavailable for approximately 14 hours while the chemicals take effect. We appreciate your understanding, as this is essential to maintain high standards of water hygiene and quality. 😊

Weather and Bugs:

🐝 The tropical climate and open nature are an integral part of Villa Piña. Being surrounded by a natural ecosystem, it’s normal to encounter some insects as this is their habitat. While we fumigate daily and have ultrasonic repellents throughout the house, it’s important to keep in mind that, due to the outdoor environment, we recommend taking additional precautions.

It’s ideal to use repellent, especially from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., when insects are most active. Additionally, we suggest consulting with your doctor before the trip about using thiamine for 8 days prior to your stay, for extra protection.

🌦️ As for the weather, it’s possible you may experience intense heat or heavy rainfall, which is common in this tropical region. Although we have air conditioning and other resources to keep you comfortable, you should be prepared for these natural conditions.
