Family of 8 stayed at this property for 7 nights. 2 of our family members were ages 2 & under.Several concerning issues regarding the property:1. The outside of the property was a mess. There were bottle caps around the fire pit & garbage around the driveway.2. The floors inside were filthy. Crumbs & dirt everywhere. The bottom of our feet were black after walking barefoot.3. Jacuzzi in the master spa did not fill with hot water properly.4. Dryer was broken.5. Did not have access to turn on heat as needed when it was in the low 50's at night & 65 degrees inside. Owner turned on the heat in one room to 69. After several communications with the owner, she finally gave us access to adjust the heat ourselves.6. While packing, discovered in one of the bedrooms long curtains had covered up a baseboard heat that was dislodged from the wall, exposing large mounting screws & exposed wires that were a hazard to our toddler.7. Master bathroom sink was not draining properly.8. One of the couches in the garage room was broken.9. The fridge was equipped with water & ice dispenser that did not work. Owner did send us water, but also stated renters usually bring their own.10. Had difficulty getting our amenities bracelets. 11. Kitchen windows had condensation & very dirty impeding the views of the back yard that were depicted in the photos.Owner offered us to vacate on day 2 with a full refund, but we had nowhere else to go.We spent a lot of for this mess of a rental.
