- The fireplace is fueled by its own gas tank; therefore, the gas supply is limited and may run out during your stay
- The 2nd floor is not childproofed due to the loft's open railing. Adult supervision is recommended
- The seasonal pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Access to the community pool is available for an additional fee paid on-site at the Welcome Center. The fee is $12 per person, per day. There is no fee for children under 2
- Due to local wildlife, food and trash should not be left outdoors
- Due to HOA restrictions, stays longer than 30 nights are prohibited. Guests must go through the Tobyhanna township and obtain an additional lease to stay for 30 nights or more
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the deck facing the front outdoor entry, cameras 2 and 3 are above the front door facing the driveway and garbage bin, camera 4 is on the back of the house facing the shed, and camera 5 is near the side door facing the side door. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They continuously record video only, no sound, while guests are in residence
