Guests may park up to five vehicles in the property’s designated private parking area. Please keep vehicles off the grass and neighboring properties and avoid blocking community roads.

Guests can walk around the neighborhood while respecting private property and community rules. The home also has a seasonal private pathway toward the eighth hole of the Pocono Farms Country Club golf course. Community amenities is just 10 minutes walk and are located within the development, though driving may be the easiest way to reach them.

● Park only in designated areas. Maximum of 3 vehicles.
● Place all rubbish and recycling in the designated containers inside the home. We will handle removal.
● Use the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, grill, and other amenities responsibly. Children must always be supervised.
● Never leave the fire pit or grill unattended. Fully extinguish fires after use and follow any local burn restrictions.
● Do not food into the hot tub or sauna area. Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
● Respect the surrounding wildlife. Never feed or approach animals. Secure food and rubbish and keep exterior doors closed.
● Community amenities are subject to Pocono Farms Country Club rules, operating hours, pass requirements, and seasonal availability.
● Do not enter locked or clearly marked owner, utility, or storage areas.
● Please report accidental damage promptly. Guests may be responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations.
● Exterior security cameras and a non-recording noise-level monitor are present for safety and neighborhood compliance. No cameras are located inside the home or directed toward private amenity areas.
