Located in the serene Pocono Farms Community, our home provides a peaceful environment with access to fantastic community amenities. During the summer, enjoy access to a private beach, lake, pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Six guest passes are included with your stay, with additional passes available for purchase. Please note that quiet hours start at 10 PM to maintain the tranquil atmosphere of the community. Ideal for those seeking both relaxation and outdoor activities in the Pocono Mountains.

The entire home is exclusively yours with the exception of the basement, including the large open-concept kitchen, living room, and all outdoor amenities. Relax and unwind with year-round access to the Hot Tub, Cedar Barrel Sauna, and Cold Plunge (Ice Required). Should any maintenance be required during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Enjoy complete privacy and make the most of your time in this luxurious Pocono retreat.

IMPORTANT: Guest(s) must provide the age and name of each member of their party at least four working days before check-in. This information is required by the HOA for Guest’s registration for the use of amenities. 12 guests maximum (due to HOA requirements no additional guests over 12 people are allowed).

Before you arrive you will also be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

~WINTER NOTES~
Please note that during the winter months, snow and ice are common in the Poconos. The driveway will be plowed after larger storms. However, guests may need to clear light snow on walkways or steps during their stay. Shovels and salt are provided. If you need additional plowing beyond our scheduled service, we can arrange it at a cost to the guest.

Outdoor surfaces may be slippery due to snow and ice. Guests assume responsibility for personal safety when walking on outdoor surfaces. Please use the provided salt and take caution on driveways, walkways, and steps.

6 free passes for access to the pool, beach, boating area, and the restaurant. Additional temporary pass can be purchased for $10 each. Golf (9 and 18 holes) and Gym has separate charges for all. All can use facilities after requirement payment.

Golf:

For Weekdays, a 9 hole round is $30 per person and an 18 hole round is $55 per person. One golf cart is included in this price and two individuals can fit in one cart.

For Weekends, 9 holes rounds are $35 per person and an 18 hole round is $65 per person. One golf cart is included in this price and two individuals can fit in one cart. Reservations for Golf is subjected to availability.

Lake side Grill Pub restaurant: Dine in, take out.

Boating and fishing: Gas powered vehicle allowed in lake. 1.5 electric motor or smaller allowed. Need to register and get sticker. Fishing catch and release. Require to have PA fishing license and travel stamp.

Winter: lake frozen: ice fishing and ice skating: It is run by flag system, red/green.

According to our community rules and regulations, owners and visitors require to wear a WRISTBAND when visiting the amenities (Beach, Lake, swimming pool, Playgrounds).
