The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed.

Two full bathrooms make it easy for groups of up to eight to get ready for the day, with towels and essential bath products provided for your convenience.

Winter weather can create snowy or icy road conditions, so AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather.


🌲 You're Staying in the Woods
Birch House backs up to protected woodlands, making wildlife sightings one of our favorite parts of the property. Deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, rabbits, black bears, insects, spiders, and the occasional spider web are all part of mountain living. While the home is professionally cleaned before every stay, nature doesn't always stay outside. Please keep doors closed, secure trash, and never feed wildlife.

🐻 Bear Country
Black bears are common throughout the Poconos and are typically shy. Please do not leave food outside or in vehicles overnight, and always latch the outdoor trash containers.

🏘 Quiet Community
Birch House is located in a residential community. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. This home is best suited for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy the mountains and is not suitable parties or large events.

❄ Mountain Weather
The Poconos experience all four seasons. Snow, ice, rain, fog, and occasional power outages can occur, especially during winter storms. AWD or 4WD is recommended during snowy conditions. If your travel plans are weather-sensitive, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, as refunds cannot be provided for weather-related travel disruptions beyond our control.

🏖 Community Amenities
Seasonal community amenities—including the lake, beach, pools, paddle boats, paddle boards, playgrounds, and sports courts—are available with the purchase of an amenity pass through the HOA. Availability, operating hours, fees, and seasonal closures are determined by the HOA and may change without notice.

📹 Exterior Security Cameras
For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras with audio monitor at the front entrance, driveway, and back yard entry points. There are no interior cameras and no cameras monitoring private outdoor areas, including the hot tub or sauna.

🧖 Hot Tub & Sauna
Your private hot tub and cedar barrel sauna are professionally maintained for your enjoyment. Please follow all posted operating instructions and safety guidelines. Registered guests will receive additional information before arrival.

🧻 Starter Supplies
To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and other essentials. Guests staying for extended visits may wish to bring additional supplies.
