"It was my 70th birthday on the 8th August. I thought it would be lovely to celebrate it with my family. 14 of us went -myself, husband, my 3 children and partners and my 6 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for us all. The house and garden were ideal. We all had a wonderful 3 days."

"We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Rubblestone Cottage. The cottage was warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. A cosy living room with a window that looks over the meadow, which allows you to watch the visiting wildlife. Main bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food and the owner provides a great list of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. "We were a little disappointed as we weren’t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden. "Excellent communication from Helen, she always replied really quickly and was very helpful. The barn was lovely, such a peaceful location and the hot tub was amazing! We loved using thr pool table and the table tennis table and we had some great bbqs. We walked into Eye one day and drove to Framlingham one day, both are worth a visit. We loved the little dog, Raf, who kept coming to see us. He was a great playmate for our dog! We had such a great time and loved the barn and facilities so much...

"Perfect ‘get away from it all’ break. We were blessed with good weather but aside from that cannot fault the accommodation and location. If you want a quiet, peaceful time and somewhere a little ‘different’ then this place is perfect. Lots of nice walks in the countryside and close to places like Halesworth and Southwold. Definitely consider going back."

"No communication via Expedia/VRBO but eventually made contact directly. Issue on arrival with no keys or gate entry and it was pouring with rain. Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!! Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town. Stay would have been better if there had been an information pack with WiFi code and how to...
