"The property was warm & welcoming and has fabulous views. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property managers Marsdens Cottages were not helpful. The stated check in and out was 4pm to 9 am. (This varied according to where we were reading). Marsdens refused any flexibility, yet the owner was happy to extend (out of season). "Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! "Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. "We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing.
