The Gearing is within a barn conversion which consists of 4 properties and is ideal for couples or together with the other properies ideal for groups of families or friends wishing to holiday together.  Each property has its own patio and shared use of gardens and an outdoor spa pool. Offering lovely views of the valleys and surrounding countryside this is an ideal place from which to explore the many delights of the area including a 12th-century castle at Tiverton, Exmoor National Park, the coastal town of Lynmouth or Bickleigh Mill which offers fishing, farm shops, a tea garden and picnic area.
