A beautiful detached holiday lodge on two levels located in large grounds offering privacy and quality with a luxurious hot tub for stunning Devonshire star gazing nights.. Ground Floor:

First Floor:
Bedroom 3: Galleried, Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Garden with decking, outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. 5-acre grounds (shared).

TallTrees is a beautiful purpose built contemporary detached lodge that occupies a private part of the owner’s vast grounds with lovely far reaching views across the meadows. Guests of this site adore the beautiful location and especially the quietness and dark starry night skies that can be enjoyed from the decking and luxurious private hot tub. There are also plentiful grass areas to roam around in and a pleasant pond nearby.
Available to book with two other properties on-site, this lodge is extremely well appointed and spacious and the quality inside is not the norm expected from a holiday lodge. This is the perfect location for families or friends looking for a peaceful retreat for a holiday or celebrating a special occasion and the perfect spot for those looking to explore the wider surrounding area. Inside you’ll find three bedrooms, a king size and a bunk room on the ground floor, and a lovely gallery-style kingsize (but with a door and glazing) with en-suite shower room on the first floor that overlooks the open plan living areas downstairs. The lounge area has a smart TV, cosy wood burner, bluetooth speakers in the ceiling and bi-fold patio doors leading out onto the decking with countryside views, and the kitchen area has all you’ll need for your stay including a washing machine, dishwasher and large retro style fridge/freezer, plus additional patio doors leading out to the side decking area where you’ll find a table and chairs perfect for a peaceful summer’s breakfast with those amazing views. Ample private parking is available just by the lodge which is accessed by a meandering tree-lined driveway.
Close by are the Grand Western Canal and Country Park, offering boat trips and great walking and cycling. And there’s Knighthayes National Trust, just 3 miles away. Being conveniently located for the M5 motorway, the property is within easy reach by car of Exmoor’s seaside resorts, amazing Dartmoor National Park, the city of Exeter with its stunning cathedral and south coast towns. And via the A361 the famous North Devon coastal surfing beaches (some of the best in the UK) are all easily accessible too and just an hour or so away.
There is open water in the property grounds.
This property has a security deposit of £100, either by cash on arrival, or payable to the owner by BACS. This is returned onces the lodge has been cleaned and checked.
Beauty treatments, local veg, a meat box and home cooking can all be arranged (at extra charge).
